RETC works with government agencies, private sector organizations, and development partners to train, upskill and deploy renewable energy professionals in meaningful employment across Uganda and the broader East African region.
Our partners make this possible by supporting renewable energy training initiatives, sponsoring disadvantaged students, providing access to their facilities and equipment for RETC programs to reach underserved communities, and opening up their organizations to mentor and employ our certified graduates
